Grupo Ferra Headquarters Refurbishment

Interior and exterior design project comprising the modernization of Grupo Ferra, a construction company in Majorca with more than 125 years of history.

The main idea lies on the integration of the different spaces and departments of the Group's companies, formerly separated by the main staircase and other service areas adjacent to it.

The new layout, as well as the contribution of natural light and materials used, foster a greater relationship between the teams.

The exterior design scheme consists of new cladding with alucobond and a new design for the entrance including access, decorative elements, and lighting concepts.
