Interior refurbishment project converting a retail space into a studio for architects and designers in Santa Catalina, Mallorca.

A steel framing structure along the load bearing walls in which wooden tracks are embedded provides rhythm creating an interactive language between the different areas in within the space.

Micro cement  flooring and a gresite tiled roof become the other main features of this new studio in the centre of the city.
