The outside of the building appears as a single volume construction, the interior monotony is broken by two large well lit courtyards that intersect in its major volume entirely, providing a large amount of natural light into all the common areas and offices inside the building.

The aesthetics of its interior confront between the more industrial and luxury buildings of the most modern financial quarters today. "Panoramic" elevators, wall cladding of oxidized steel, inclined curtain walls and skylights give this building a variety of features that have little to do with the energy that is visible by its exterior.
