Torre Mariona Comercial Centre

Architecture project based on a strong volumetric composition which combines multi-disciplinary retail and commercial units.

Retail spaces seat on both sides along a central atrium which creates the main axis of the building. A structure covered by an inverted U-shaped perforated panel contains the four facades of the building providing strength and solidity to the architectural composition.

The result achieves a modern and functional building sitting next to Ikea in Palma de Majorca.
